This website is set up as a convenience to our future tenants to help streamline the application process.  Please review the Tenant Qualification page prior to making application as tenant approval is subject to those guidelines. 

We require that all applicants above the age of 18 make application and pay the $50.00 application fee. A unique email address is required for each applicant.  Once you have made electronic application, you will recieve another email.  Please follow the prompts and it will authorize Imapp Realty Group, Inc. to run the credit and criminal background check. 

Once an application has been approved, the security deposit, a $25 lease processing fee  and the first months rent are required at lease signing. Note:  If a pet is allowed, then a $250 non refundable pet fee will also be required at lease signing.

We hope this clarifies the application and pre-move in process.  We strive to make it as simple as possible.
